Return Policy

Overview

We love our products and we hope you will too! We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Orders ship within 1-2 business days and if you are not happy with your products, or they just don't work in your space, we would be happy to refund or replace your items for up to 90 days from date of purchase.

Refunds

Simple, no-hassle returns. To return a product, simply place the item in its original packaging (or similar packaging is fine) and email us with the dimensions and weight of the package. We will email you a shipping label to return the product to us, free of charge.  When we receive the product we will issue a refund a full refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us and we will be happy to assist you.
